Which platform does my train leave from?
In the booking module and the NS International App, you can see from which platform your train departs. You can also log in to your My NSI account. Not all departure platforms are known in advance. At a number of stations it is only indicated shortly before departure. Please therefore also pay attention to the signs and announcements at the station.
Where can I find the most recent information about disruptions?
Under 'Travel information', you can find the most recent news. If you have booked a journey, you can log into your My NSI account. There you will see the most up-to-date information. You can also download the NS International App and save your train journey there. If you turn on 'notifications', the app will keep you informed about the journey, possible delays or platform changes.
Can I get a notification if my train has changed?
You can download the NS International App and save your train journey in it. If you turn on 'notifications', the app will keep you informed about the journey, possible delays or platform changes. Will your connection be delayed? Then the app will give you adjusted travel advice.
Can I exchange or cancel a ticket or reservation after booking?
Whether you can change or cancel your ticket depends on the tariff conditions of your ticket. You can view the conditions when you log in to your My NSI account. Changing or cancelling tickets can be done at the point of sale where you bought the tickets. Did you book via NSInternational.com? Then you can change or cancel online in My NSI.
What should I do if I miss my train?
