Viewing your booking

You can view the terms and conditions of cancellation and changes to your ticket in Mijn NSI.

Changing your booking

'Change' includes a change of:

  • Class
  • Date of travel
  • Time of departure.

Changing a name or route means cancelling the ticket and booking a new ticket.

Did you book your ticket at an NS International desk in the Service Shop or with a travel agent? Then change your ticket there.

Changing Thalys ticket
If you wish to change your booking made online or by telephone and you are only travelling with Thalys, you can change your ticket(s) online in Mijn NSI.

Changing other carrier
If you are travelling with another carrier, please call the NS International Customer Service at 030-2300023 (available 24/7).

Changing other travel agent or tour operator
If you booked with a travel agent or tour operator, please contact the (travel) agency that made the booking. In all cases, any costs will depend on your fare conditions.

Cancelling your booking

If you wish to cancel a booking made online or by telephone, this can be done online at Mijn NSI.

Please note: are you changing or cancelling tickets due to a rail or train emergency with a delay of more than 60 minutes or due to a strike and do you need to pay costs? If so, please do so using the form 'Request compensation for delay'. Unfortunately, due to busy times, the processing time is currently about 8 weeks.

If you have booked at a ticket counter or with a travel agent or tour operator, please contact the office that made the booking. In all cases, any charges will depend on your fare conditions.
