To Berlin by train
With ICE
Quickly to the city center
- From € 38 one-way trip
- Travel time Amsterdam – Berlin 5.51 hrs
- Board directly, no check-ins
From autumn 2025, you’ll travel to Berlin in even greater comfort. The current Intercity Berlin will be replaced by the new ICE train between Amsterdam and Berlin.
The earlier you book, the lower the price. The lowest fare from Amsterdam to Berlin is € 38. If the € 38 tickets have run out on a particular time and day, the price will increase to between € 45 and € 131. You pay extra if you want a flexible ticket.
Berlin is a city where old meets new. You will see famous sites like the Brandenburg Gate and the remains of the Berlin Wall. These show how the city was once divided but is now together again. If you like art, there is plenty to see: from galleries to art on the streets. At night, there is always something to do in the many nightlife venues. And for a quiet moment there is Tiergarten park, a large green park in the middle of Berlin.
