As the cycling capital of Germany, Münster is an attractive destination. Thanks to car-free roads and various beautiful cycling routes, Dutch people immediately feel at home here.
The best event of the year is the Münster Marathon, even for the less sporty tourists. During Schauraum, all museums open their doors for three days and nights. The city is then filled with special installations and performances.
