In the Italian Alps, you will find world-class ski resorts Italy. At Breuil-Cervinia, there is an extensive ski area with over 320 kilometres of slopes. Courmayeur is smaller, with around 40 kilometres of pistes, but offers a beautiful location and authentic atmosphere. Further east, the Dolomites await, with destinations such as Cortina d’Ampezzo, Brunico and Madonna di Campiglio.

Booking train tickets for a ski holiday in 2027
We understand that you want to plan your ski holiday well in advance. Are you travelling after 12 December 2026? Train tickets for this period are not available yet. The new timetable starts on 13 December. Tickets for journeys to and via Germany and Austria will therefore go on sale later.
You can receive an automatic notification as soon as the tickets become available:
- Choose your preferred travel date in the booking calendar.
- Click ‘Set alert’ and enter your email address.
- You will receive an email as soon as the tickets are available.
This allows you to book straight away and gives you the best chance of getting the lowest price.
