From 2 to 27 July 2025, the Orange Lionesses will be in Switzerland to compete for the European title. Do you already have a ticket for one of the matches? Which train to take?

Want to watch the Orange Lionesses shine live at UEFA Women's EURO 2025? There are two equally comfortable ways to travel to Switzerland by train: ICE and Nightjet. You can choose which option suits you best.

1. Travel while you sleep with the night train

Save time and hotel costs. Board in the evening and wake up rested in Basel or Zurich. The Nightjet sleeper train runs daily from Amsterdam, Utrecht and Eindhoven direct to Switzerland.

2. Enjoy a change of scenery throughout the day with ICE

Ideal if you want to enjoy the views and have time to travel during the day. Switzerland is easily reached by train from the Netherlands. There are several trains a day and tickets are available from € 38 one way per person.
