    Below you will find all areas that you can easily reach by night train. To do this, get off at one of the stations where the night train stops on the way to Vienna or Innsbruck. The night train is split in Nuremberg. Part of the train runs from Nuremberg to Vienna. Another part of the train continues through Munich to Innsbruck.

    Hiking areas on the route to Innsbruck

    The train to Innsbruck runs from Nuremberg, via Munich, Jenbach and Wörgl to the end station Innsbruck. It is useful if you know approximately at which Nightjet station your destination is located. Below you can see the areas per nightjet station. From there, you can travel to your final destination by local train, taxi or shuttle bus. After getting off the night train, you will usually be at your final destination within an hour.

    From Nightjet station Jenbach you can change to the Zillertalbahn. The Zillertalbahn offers you access to all areas in the Zillertal. Tickets can also be booked online.

    The Zillertalbahn has two types of stations: Bahnhof (Station), Haltestelle (Stop). At the stations the trains always stop, at the stops the trains only stop on request. This can be done by means of buttons in the train and on the platforms. When the button is not pressed by a passenger, the train continues.
