The best way to advise your customers is through personal experience. After all, selling a train journey you’ve enjoyed yourself is much easier! That’s why we offer discounted agent tickets.

Who for?

Travel agents with an NS International agency contract are eligible to request agent tickets for Eurocity Direct, Eurostar and EuroCity.
Tip: Book early! Tickets at the agent rate are limited and subject to availability.

Bring someone along

For Eurostar, you may bring one guest. For Eurocity Direct and EuroCity, you may bring one guest and up to four children under the age of 12 per adult.

Agent rate Eurocity Direct and EuroCity

As a travel agent, you can book tickets for Eurocity Direct and/or EuroCity at a reduced rate. Travel to Brussels with Eurocity Direct from just €14 (2nd class, one-way), or take EuroCity from just €9 (2nd class, one-way).

Instruction

  • Book the Partner Offer (2nd or 1st class) via Guided Sales. Use market segment:“Promo agent” (mandatory). At the moment, there is a glitch preventing the Partner Offer from being booked.
  • Alternatively, call NS International Customer Service on 030-2300023 and mention your customer number
  • Valid for one NS International Travel Agent and one guest, plus up to four children under 12 per adult
  • Valid for all departure times on the selected train (Eurocity Direct or EuroCity) on the chosen route (no train-specific binding)
  • Travel to/from the station of departure or arrival is not included and at your own expense
  • Subject to availability (limited tickets)
  • On board, agents must present a passport and either a business card, payslip, or employer statement
  • Tickets are non-transferable

Agent rate Eurostar to Belgium/France

    Instruction

    • You can book the Eurostar Standard (2nd class) en Eurostar Plus (1st class) rate in @lantis through Guided Sales. The Market Segment must be “Promo agent” (mandatory)
    • You can book by telephone with NS International Customer Service via +31 30-2300023 based on your customer number
    • Max. 2 persons (1 travel agent + 1 guest)
    • Exclusively for travel agents with an NS International contract
    • Tickets can be booked as of 7** months before departure
    • Verification of passport and business card, salary slip or employer's statement on the train as proof that you are an agent
    • Tickets are valid from Eurostar departure stations Amsterdam, Schiphol and Rotterdam
    • Eurostar tickets are non-transferable
    • Changes can be made without charge, cancellations can be made at 10% cost

    Agent rate Eurostar to London

    As a travel agent, you can book Eurostar tickets at a reduced rate.

    Instruction

    • You can book the Eurostar Standard (2nd class) en Eurostar Plus (1st class) rate in @lantis through Guided Sales. The Market Segment must be “Promo agent” (mandatory)
    • You can book by telephone with NS International Customer Service via +31 30-2300023 based on your customer number
    • Max. 2 persons (1 travel agent + 1 guest)
    • Exclusively for travel agents with an NS International contract
    • Tickets can be booked as of 7** months before departure
    • Availability applies to all days except Friday between 17.30 and 19.00
    • Verification of passport and business card, salary slip or employer's statement on the train as proof that you are an agent
    • Tickets are valid from Eurostar departure stations Amsterdam and Rotterdam
    • Eurostar Tickets are non-transferable
    • Changes can be made without charge, cancellations can be made at 10% cost

    Free agent tickets Belgium/Luxembourg

    Benefit from a free agent ticket to a destination in Belgium and Luxembourg.

    • Only bookable via this link to the application form (email)
      - Incomplete forms will not be processed
      - Please state the exact departure and arrival station
    • Exclusively for travel agents with an NS International contract
    • Applications for agent tickets may be submitted max. 1x per year per travel agent
    • Only 2nd class tickets
    • Tickets are valid to/from an NS station of your choice
    • Valid at all departure times for the chosen train on the chosen route (no train connection)
    • Your passport and your business card, salary slip or employer's statement will be checked on the train
    • Tickets are not transferable
    • Cannot be changed or cancelled
    • Excluded: July and August and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in other holidays
    • Request at least 10 working days in advance
    • Within three weeks after the trip, send in a short report
