Redeeming vouchers at NS International
1. Vouchers validity
A voucher issued by NS International remains valid for one year from the stated on the voucher. The voucher will expire after this date.
2. Which vouchers do we accept?
NS International only accepts its own vouchers:
- NSI Compensation Voucher (paper voucher)
- Eurostar vouchers for travel to Belgium or France
NS International does not accept the following vouchers:
- Eurostar e-vouchers that you receive by email from Eurostar. This can only be redeemed via the 'Book now with your e-vouchers' link in the email from Eurostar.
- Vouchers from other foreign railway companies. These can only be redeemed with the operator in question.
3. Where can you redeem your voucher?
At the NS International desk (Service Shop)
You can pay with your voucher directly , when you purchase your ticket at the desk.
Tickets booked online or by telephone
Are you booking via NSInternational.com or NS International Customer Service? Then you must first pay the full amount. You can then send your voucher.
Send your voucher together with your booking code (DNR) to:

Once we have received it, we will deduct the value of your voucher from your booking and refund the amount to the account you used to pay.
Can a digital Eurostar e-voucher be redeemed with NS International?
No, this is not possible. You can only redeem it via the link in the Eurostar email.
Can you use vouchers from foreign railway companies?
No, these are only accepted by the operator that issued the voucher.
