Changing trains in Paris Gare de Lyon

From the train to the RER: When the train arrives, walk all the way from the platform to the concourse.
Follow the signs for RER and take the escalator or stairs down. Follow the signs for RER D, green line.
Go through the gates: Do you have a ticket on your mobile phone or a Navigo Pass? Put your phone or ticket on the lift and the gate will open.
Do you have a paper ticket? Keep it, you may need it later.
Go to the RER D, Sud platform. All trains from this platform go to Gare de Lyon. You will see signs for Melun, Corbeil Esson and Combs la Ville.

Get off at the second stop, which is Gare de Lyon. Stops are also signposted and announced on the train.
Follow the Sortie signs and go up the escalators.
Follow the Gare de Lyon sign and go through the gates.
The station has three concourses. You can see your destination on the suspended digital boards and which hall you need to go to.
Once you are in the right hall, the digital boards will show you which track your train is leaving from. This is indicated by letters.

Do you have a paper ticket? Keep it, as you may need it later.
Follow the signs for RER D, green line, Nord
Go to the RER D platform, Nord. Alle treinen die daar vertrekken gaan naar Gare du Nord. U ziet de bestemmingen Villiers-le-Bel-Gonesse, Goussainville, Orry-la-Ville Coye.
Get off at the second stop which is Gare du Nord. Stops are also signposted and announced on the train.
On arrival, follow the Grandes Lignes sign.
Go through the gates.
Walk towards Hall 1.
The digital departure boards are located at the entrance to Hall 1.
